Go to the Profiles panel, select desired profile and fill it with the gallery's information - Small Desc, Med. Desc, Big Desc, Long Desc, Category, Pic Count, Comments, ThumbURL, 88x88, 90x120, Type and Organization. If you click the Multi checkbox at the Category field, you can pick a few different categories that match your gallery (use Add and Del buttons - view screenshot). Read more in the corresponding section.
Now select TGPs you want to post to. Use filters: All - to submit to all TGPs, Can Submit - to submit to those TGPs that match your gallery properties, Can Submit and Auto - to submit to those TGPs that match your gallery properties and can be handled using the auto submission, Custom - to choose those TGPs that fit specified profile fields. For the ordinary submission we recommend you to use Can Submit filter - i.e. use TGPs that accept categories, that you have defined for your gallery! Read more in the corresponding section.
Then press the Create Submission and Generate button. The program will generate the TGP set that you have chose and the Generator panel will be shown.
Now you should set up some parameters for the gallery generation:
The Output parameter - directory for the generated galleries (HTML-pages) in your file system.
The Domain parameter - the URI of your directory that stores galleries (e.g. "http://freepix.com" or "http://www8.smutserver.com/amateur/bill").
You can set desired text margins, background and link color and other properties of your page at the Page tab.
Right there can be specified Folder for your gallery - it's a subdirectory that placed relatively to Output and Domain parameters.
The Prefix parameter specifies the prefix of the gallery filename - for example it can be set to "gallery" or "series".
The Format parameter specifies gallery filename extension and can be set to the "htm" or "html".
Now you have to choose the method of your gallery filename generation in the Names dropdown (items marked with the asterisk are temporarily out of order).
The path to the generated gallery on your HDD will have next structure: Output\Folder\PrefixXX.Format Example: c:\new gallery\gallery01\galleryXX.html
The address of the WWW resource that points to your gallery will look like this: Domain/Folder/PrefixXX.Format Example: http://www.site.com/gallery01/galleryXX.html
The Thumb Block tab contains settings necessary for the thumbnails building (height, width, number of pictures and rows in the block). Thumbnails will be put in the Folder subdirectory (on your HDD) and URL (at your server) - in most cases these parameters are the same and you do not need to alter them. Prefix field specifies the prefix for the thumbnail filename; for example, "small" or the "th". You can leave that field blank. Then you must choose the method of the thumbnail filename generation - Names. Also you can adjust thumbnail quality and other properties.
The Banner Block tab - to open it click on the blue rectangle in the Layout section. You can add multiple banners to the Banner Library using the New Banner button - the highlighted one will be put to the page. You can use banner random selection by pressing the Random button.
The Recips tab - settings for the reciprocal links - number of the reciprocals on the page (Count), grouping method (Group) - 3 methods available at the moment - Random (accidental grouping), Auto (grouping based on the TGPs relationships) and Fixed Random - random grouping sequence depending on profile name, i.e. galleries generated for the profiles with the same names will have permanent reciprocals on the pages; relationships of the TGPs will be taken into account. Folder parameter - local directory that placed relatively to the Output directory, where the generated reciprocal images will be stored (for example, if you planning to put reciprocal images one level up the directory tree, you must specify in the URL field something like "../recips").
Local path to the reciprocal images: Output\RecipFolder\* (Example: c:\new gallery\recips\*). The filenames for the reciprocal images conforms its TGPs; all special symbols and spaces replaced with underscore("_").
On the Template tab you can handle your page template. Press the Update button to generate template automatically or make it by hands. Template can contain next macroses: <#title#> - page title (Blah-blah-blah), <#body#> - html tag BODY with the attributes, <#recip#> - reciprocal block placeholder (all reciprocals will be placed in one string). If you don't like ordering reciprocals that way, you can use group of the macroses <#onerecip#> INSTEAD of the <#recip#> macros. The <#onerecip#> macros will be replaced with one reciprocal link; hence you must put to the template a number of reciprocal links that equals to the Count parameter. <#thumb#> - placeholder for the thumbnail block; <#banner#> - placeholder for the banner block.
If you generate your thumbnails and templates in some other programs (for example in Dream Weaver), then just copy and paste it by your hands or import it from file . Put in your template the <#recip#> macros (to generate reciprocals on the pages). You can skip the thumbnail creation.
WARNING: All described settings will be also actual for the next gallery, i.e. when you wish to create a gallery for some profile the settings for the new gallery generation will be taken from the last generated gallery. We think that it's a convenient feature.
Go to the Images tab and begin your work with images. Add them with the Add Folder, Add Files or Load From Output buttons (see screenshot). What can we do with them? We can swap their positions (drag mouse with pressed Shift), simply drag them to the desired place. Use the Remove Tail or Remove Tail from Disk buttons to delete images that not fitted to the gallery. You can view desired image double-clicking on its thumbnail or by pressing the View Image) button.
When all things are ready, press the Generate button and wait while the gallery will be generated.
Check the result on your HDD. If it's ok - upload it to your web server.
Take a rest or make another couple of galleries while your gallery is uploading.
Open the Submitter panel by pressing the Submit button in the generator and authorize yourself on the server.
We recommend you to wipe out web-documents cache. Use Internet Cache Cleaner function in the Utilities menu.
If you want to use proxy, then you should check it for anonymity and capacity to work by pressing the Set and Check Profile Proxy button.
To speed up submission process you can:
Disable image loading. Toggle Load Images button at the main toolbar.

Disable popups. Toggle Show Popups at the main toolbar.

After you have all things ready, you can start automatic queues by pressing Start All button.

After history examining you should go to the Confirmer panel and confirm your submission.
