Modifying the base: Virtual fields

For example, we have added a new TGP to the base. It's a niche TGP, but there's no category field on TGP's submit form. In that case we should add to this TGP description so called virtual field. Just follow the instructions:

1. Go to the Sites panel.
2. Find desired TGP and select TGP page entry.
3. Click on Add Virtual Field button to open virtual field dialog.
4. Name your field, for example, MainCategory, select Type = Select then press OK.
5. Double-click on the appeared field to open Knowledges dialog. Now we see next things:
   • On the left - the list of fields (in our case we should select a Category field).
   • At the top in the center - Groups - it's a list of categories, that submitter knows.
   • At the bottom in the center - Items - all possible conformities of the realizations of different categories at the different TGPs.
   • On the right - Items to Add - categories list for given TGP.
6. Our task is to expand (add to; make bigger) the list on the left.
7. Add the desired number of categories with the Add Item button, for example: Panties, Pantyhose, Stockings, Lingerie.

   Notice that categories in the Items to Add list must be colored with GRAY, it means that submitter has recognized this category. If the category hasn't been recognized, i.e. it's colored with BLACK then you should teach the submitter - select required category in the Groups; pick category you wish to add in the Items to Add list and hit the Add button.

8. Click on the Close button, so we are finished with that dialog.

The field, we have added will be used only for the TGPs selection for posting, therefore it'll not affect the submission process.

Virtual fields can be used not for adding of category only, but for adding the type of particular TGP also (Movies or Pictures).
